AnkiCard: Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)
1. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions of use of the mobile application "AnkiCard" (the "App") provided by sweet spot apps ("we", "us", or "our").
2. By installing or using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to the Terms.
Article 2 (Service Description)
The App is a tool for creating, managing, and studying flashcards. It supports both text and handwriting input, and allows users to organize their cards across multiple card boxes.
Article 3 (Subscriptions)
1. The App offers subscriptions ("Paid Plans") to unlock certain features.
2. The following Paid Plans are available:
- Monthly plan: JPY 100 / month
- Annual plan: JPY 1,000 / year
3. Charges are billed to the user's Apple ID.
Article 4 (Free Trial)
1. A one-month free trial may be offered on first use.
2. If the subscription is cancelled during the free trial, no charge will be incurred.
3. If the subscription is not cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial, it will automatically convert to a Paid Plan and charges will apply.
Article 5 (Automatic Renewal)
1. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
2. Renewal charges will be billed to the user's Apple ID within the 24 hours preceding the end of the current period.
3. Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
Article 6 (Refunds)
1. Refunds are governed by Apple's policies. Please direct all refund inquiries to Apple.
2. This Article does not limit any user rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of Japan or other applicable jurisdictions.
Article 7 (Prohibited Conduct)
When using the App, users must not engage in any of the following:
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise analyzing the App
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the App
- Acts that cause harm or disadvantage to other users or third parties
- Any other conduct that we determine to be inappropriate
Article 8 (Intellectual Property)
1. All copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights relating to the App and its content belong to us or the respective rights holders.
2. The copyright of card content created by users through the App belongs to the user. However, we may use such data within the user's device to the extent necessary for the proper operation of the App and the provision of its features.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
1. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by users or third parties as a result of using the App.
2. We are not liable for damages arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the App, inability to use the App, or loss or corruption of data.
3. The foregoing does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.
Article 10 (Changes and Suspension of the Service)
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the App without prior notice to users, and we are not liable for any damages caused to users or third parties as a result.
Article 11 (Changes to the Terms)
1. We may modify the Terms as necessary.
2. Material changes will be announced within the App or on our official website, and continued use after such notice constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
1. The Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. Any disputes arising in connection with the App or the Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our principal place of business as the court of first instance.
