Last updated: July 8, 2026

Article 1 (Introduction)

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how information is handled in the mobile application "QuickSpin: Decision Roulette" (the "App"), provided by sweet spot apps ("we", "us", or "our"). The App is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.

Article 2 (Information we do not collect)

All data you create or enter in the App, as well as your app settings, are stored solely on your device. We do not transmit or collect this data outside your device. We do not collect any personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, or precise location data.

Article 3 (Advertising and information collected to serve ads)

1. The App uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC.

2. To serve, measure, and protect ads against fraud, Google and its advertising partners may collect information such as the advertising identifier (IDFA), device information, IP address, coarse location, and information about how ads are displayed and interacted with. This information is handled by Google under its own privacy policy, not by us.

3. For details on how Google handles this information, please see:

Article 4 (App Tracking Transparency)

In accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, the App asks for your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You can use all features of the App even if you decline; in that case, ads will be non-personalized. You can change your tracking preference at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Article 5 (Consent management for advertising)

Where required by the laws of your region (such as the GDPR in the EU/EEA or US state privacy laws), the App displays a consent message about personalized advertising through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can change your consent choices at any time from within the App where applicable.

Article 6 (Disclosure to third parties)

We do not disclose user information to any third party, except in the following cases:

The collection of information for ad serving described in Article 3 is performed by Google; we do not collect user information ourselves or provide it to third parties.

Article 7 (Data storage and deletion)

1. App data is stored on your device.

2. You can delete the App's data from your device by uninstalling the App.

Article 8 (Children's privacy)

The App is not directed at any specific age group. If children use the App, we ask that they do so with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

Article 9 (Analytics)

Apart from the advertising service described in Article 3, the App does not use any separate analytics tools to track your behavior. Aside from serving ads, the App works entirely offline.

Article 10 (Changes to this Policy)

1. We may modify this Policy as necessary.

2. Material changes will be announced within the App or on our official website. The revised Policy becomes effective when it is posted.
