Article 1 (Application)

1. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the mobile application "QuickSpin: Decision Roulette" (the "App") provided by sweet spot apps ("we", "us", or "our").

2. By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Provision of the App)

1. The App is provided free of charge.

2. The App displays advertisements served by a third party (Google AdMob). For how information related to advertising is handled, please see our Privacy Policy.

3. We may change the contents of the App, or suspend or terminate its provision, without prior notice to users.

Article 3 (Service Description)

The App is a tool for making everyday decisions by spinning a roulette wheel. Users can spin a saved wheel to get a random result, use the built-in preset wheels, and create, edit, reorder, and delete their own wheels and options. All wheel data is stored on the user's device.

Article 4 (Intellectual Property)

1. All intellectual property rights in the App and any content related to the App (programs, designs, text, images, etc.) belong to us or to their rightful owners.

2. The rights to data you create within the App belong to you.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

When using the App, users must not engage in any of the following:

Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise analyzing the App
Copying, modifying, redistributing, or reselling the App
Manipulating advertisements fraudulently (for example, invalid clicks or artificially generated impressions)
Acts that interfere with the operation of the App
Any other conduct that we reasonably determine to be inappropriate

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

1. The App is provided "as is". We make no warranties of any kind regarding the App's accuracy, completeness, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from defects.

2. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App (including loss of data), except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

3. Advertisements displayed in the App and their linked destinations are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content.

4. You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device replacement or failure, deletion of the App, or similar events.

Article 7 (Changes to these Terms)

1. We may modify these Terms as necessary.

2. Material changes will be announced within the App or on our official website. By continuing to use the App after changes take effect, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

2. Any dispute arising in connection with the App or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our principal place of business as the court of first instance.
